Purpose: The primary purpose of the Agriculture Committee is to be involved in the promotion and support of agriculture by informing the community through public events.

Purpose:
1. To promote good will and serve as a public relations unit for the Darke County Chamber of Commerce.
2. To strengthen the Darke County Chamber of Commerce by being responsible for the membership enrollment.
3. To handle and organize the social functions of the Chamber in cooperation with the Board of Directors.
Business and Community Development Committee
Chairman: Perry Walls
Vice Chairman: Diana Beck
Purpose: The purpose of the Business and Community Development Committee is to oversee membership growth, provide education concerning community interests and promote networking opportunities.
Executive Committee

Purpose: The Executive Committee shall act for and on behalf of the Board of Directors when the board is not in session, but shall be accountable to the board for its actions. It shall be composed of the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Immediate Past Chairman, and President. The Chairman of the Board shall serve as chairman of the Executive Committee.
Legislative Committee
Chairman: Aaron Ward
Vice Chairman: Jeff Kniese
Purpose: The Legislative Committee of the Darke County Chamber of Commerce (DCCC) is committed to reviewing, developing, and supporting issues that promote a positive, pro-active economic environment and enhanced quality of life. The Chamber believes that laws and regulations should serve the public without acting as a detriment to business development and growth.
Our purpose is to influence our elected officials in ways that will improve the ability of a business to compete in the worldwide economy and continue to generate income and jobs that will help to enhance Darke County. Legislative issues are raised by chamber members and evaluated by the Legislative Committee with a recommendation to the Board of Directors of the DCCC.
Personnel Committee
Purpose: To provide oversight and guidance for issues pertaining to personnel.
