A: The Darke County Chamber is the voice of business and the visionary organization in Darke County. The Chamber works to create value-added membership opportunities and a business climate that attracts new businesses and enhances growth and expansion opportunities for existing businesses.

3: Is the Chamber a government entity?
A: No, the Darke County Chamber is a not-for-profit corporation that operates and raises funds independently.

4: How are the Darke County Chamber of Commerce, Darke County Economic Development office and the Darke County Visitors Bureau connected?
A: The Darke County Chamber and Darke County Economic Development focus on local businesses and economic development. The Darke County Visitors Bureau promotes Darke County as a visitor destination and is funded in part by the hotel-motel tax and Darke County to provide tourism (visitor) services.

23: Can non-members attend Chamber events?
A: Yes. However, non-members may pay a higher registration fee to attend.

4: Can the Chamber or Economic Development office sponsor my event or donate money to my cause?
